We also make Specialty Sauces. Our Trini Gold Hot Sauce is a favorite of many of our Pie Daddy Patrons.
We normally do Large Music and Sporting Events or Festivals and YES we do Catering for Private Events.

Each batch of sauce has a unique flavor profile because only fresh ingredients are used to make it. No two batches are the same. This is because the variation of the fresh ingredients, the selection, flavor and heat of Peppers, Fruits and Vegetables, are always different, as it is dependent on the availability of the crops. It is made with no additives and the only preservative is vinegar.
Making Trini Gold is as much an Art as it is a Science because the ingredients are so different and so each batch is a Limited Edition.
With this current batch, when you open it, a hot fragrant smell of peppers, is the first thing that you notice. You can tell that it has a kick! First it tastes a little sweet, with a little bit of heat, then the heat kicks in along with the taste of the fruits, vegetables, herbs and spices.
